With a proven track record across the Middle East & North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, Russia & CIS, Central Asia, and Northern Europe, Samuli is adept at navigating complex business landscapes and driving strategic initiatives that result in long-term success.
He excels in business development, organizational transformation, and optimizing business operations, with a strong focus on increasing efficiency and unlocking new opportunities for growth. Samuli has a wealth of experience in managing high-performing teams, implementing innovative solutions, and guiding companies through international expansion and market entry strategies.
With professional experience spanning the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Russia, USA, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Poland, Finland, and Belgium, Samuli brings a truly global perspective to his work. Samuli holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Marketing (Finland, 2006) and two Master’s degrees: one in Social Sciences (Finland, 2014) and another in Economics & Business Administration (Finland, 2018). Samuli has also pursued academic studies in China, India, South Korea, Denmark, Russia, and the USA, further enriching his global perspective and deepening his understanding of diverse business and cultural environments.

Mika Pitkänen - Co-Founder and Director
Mika Pitkänen is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and corporate services, with a strong focus on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and international businesses. His expertise spans strategic leadership, business development, financial consulting, and corporate governance, gained through extensive work in Finland, CIS, and international markets.
Mika has held key leadership roles, including managing groups of companies with over 150 employees, providing services in accounting, audit, legal, and IT. He has also directed accounting and financial management operations, offering CFO leasing services and consulting on financial administration, company establishment, and HR organization for SMEs.
Earlier in his career, Mika successfully led financial and legal service operations for international clients, focusing on business coordination, financial control, risk management, and quality assurance. He also has a strong background in corporate banking, specializing in credit analysis, financial forecasting, and sales of banking products to large and medium-sized clients, with particular expertise in technology industries.
Mika’s robust academic foundation includes a Master of Science in Economics with a focus on finance, accounting, and quantitative methods, complemented by international studies in the USA and Russia. Alisa Fisher is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience in key account management, project coordination, and business development. She has a strong track record of managing high-value client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering tailored solutions in diverse industries, including professional services, real estate development, and logistics.
In her current role as Director of Key Account Management, Alisa oversees strategic client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering long-term partnerships. With nearly a decade of experience in this role, she has successfully led key client portfolios, coordinated cross-functional teams, and implemented customized solutions to meet complex business needs.
Previously, Alisa managed projects in real estate development, focusing on industrial parks and large-scale facilities. Her responsibilities included client negotiations, presenting property solutions, coordinating technical documentation, and ensuring project timelines and objectives were met. She also gained valuable experience as an assistant to a production director, supporting major construction and logistics projects across industries such as cosmetics, food processing, and life-saving equipment manufacturing.
Alisa holds a degree with honors in Civil Law and a degree in Philology, where she specialized in Finnish, English, and Swedish. She has also completed studies focusing on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurship.
