Samuli - Co-Founder and Managing Director

 
Samuli Pesu is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of global experience in professional services and management consulting. He specializes in helping companies expand into new markets, enhance operational effectiveness, and achieve sustainable growth. With a proven track record across the Middle East & North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, Russia & CIS, Central Asia, and Northern Europe, Samuli is adept at navigating complex business landscapes and driving strategic initiatives that result in long-term success.

He excels in global expansion, organizational transformation, and optimizing business operations, with a strong focus on increasing efficiency and unlocking new opportunities for growth. Samuli has a wealth of experience in managing high-performing teams, implementing innovative solutions, and guiding companies through international expansion and market entry strategies.

With professional experience spanning the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Russia, USA, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Poland, Finland, and Belgium, Samuli brings a truly global perspective to his work. Samuli holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Marketing (Finland, 2006) and two Master’s degrees: one in Social Sciences (Finland, 2014) and another in Economics & Business Administration (Finland, 2018). Samuli has also pursued academic studies in China, India, South Korea, Denmark, Russia, and the USA, further enriching his global perspective and deepening his understanding of diverse business and cultural environments.

Fluent in Finnish, English, and Russian, Samuli leverages his linguistic skills and deep industry knowledge to lead cross-border projects and deliver impactful results. His expertise in professional services and market expansion has made him a trusted leader for companies seeking to enhance their operations and expand globally. Samuli currently serves as the Chairman of the Finnish Business Council UAE, further strengthening his ties to the regional business community and supporting bilateral cooperation between Finland and the United Arab Emirates. 

 
Mika - Co-Founder and Director

 
Mika Pitkänen is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and corporate services, with a strong focus on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and international businesses. His expertise spans strategic leadership, business development, financial consulting, and corporate governance, gained through extensive work in Finland, CIS, and international markets.

 
Mika has held key leadership roles, including managing groups of companies with over 150 employees, providing services in accounting, audit, legal, and IT. He has also directed accounting and financial management operations, offering CFO leasing services and consulting on financial administration, company establishment, and HR organization for SMEs.

 
Earlier in his career, Mika successfully led financial and legal service operations for international clients, focusing on business coordination, financial control, risk management, and quality assurance. He also has a strong background in corporate banking, specializing in credit analysis, financial forecasting, and sales of banking products to large and medium-sized clients, with particular expertise in technology industries.

 
Mika’s robust academic foundation includes a Master of Science in Economics with a focus on finance, accounting, and quantitative methods, complemented by international studies in the USA and Russia. His deep knowledge and extensive professional experience make him a trusted expert in driving growth, efficiency, and innovation in diverse business environments.

Mika is multilingual, with full professional fluency in Finnish, English, and Russian. His language skills enable him to effectively communicate and build strong relationships with clients and partners across diverse regions. 

Lloyd - Head of Incorporation & Entity Management Services 

Lloyd brings over a decade of senior executive experience in legal entity structuring, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and cross-border advisory. As the Head of Incorporation & Entity Management Services in the UAE, he leads with a deep understanding of both local and international regulatory landscapes—ensuring clients receive seamless support across free zone, mainland, and offshore jurisdictions.

Having founded and scaled successful ventures in corporate services and international trade, Lloyd is known for his strategic oversight of governance frameworks, risk mitigation, and operational excellence. His expertise spans entity lifecycle management, board advisory, and company secretarial functions, making him a trusted advisor to multinational corporations, entrepreneurs, and investors entering or expanding in the Gulf region.

Alisa - Director Key Account Management

 
Alisa Fisher is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience in key account management, project coordination, and business development. She has a strong track record of managing high-value client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering tailored solutions in diverse industries, including professional services, real estate development, and logistics.

 
In her current role as Director of Key Account Management, Alisa oversees strategic client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering long-term partnerships. With nearly a decade of experience in this role, she has successfully led key client portfolios, coordinated cross-functional teams, and implemented customized solutions to meet complex business needs.

 
Previously, Alisa managed projects in real estate development, focusing on industrial parks and large-scale facilities. Her responsibilities included client negotiations, presenting property solutions, coordinating technical documentation, and ensuring project timelines and objectives were met. She also gained valuable experience as an assistant to a production director, supporting major construction and logistics projects across industries such as cosmetics, food processing, and life-saving equipment manufacturing.

 
Alisa holds a degree with honors in Civil Law and a degree in Philology, where she specialized in Finnish, English, and Swedish. She has also completed studies focusing on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurship.

 
Alisa is highly proficient in multiple languages, including Russian, English, Finnish, and Swedish. Her multilingual abilities enable her to seamlessly communicate and build strong relationships with clients and partners across diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. This language proficiency, combined with her deep cultural understanding, allows Alisa to effectively manage key accounts and projects in international environments, ensuring clear communication and successful outcomes.

Polina - Chief Accountant 

Polina is a seasoned Chief Accountant with over 15 years of professional experience. She is responsible for coordinating and managing accounting processes, maintaining communication with client representatives, and preparing financial and tax reports for shareholders, management, and regulatory authorities.

Her accounting career began in 2009 after graduating with a specialization in Accounting, Analysis, and Audit. Throughout her career, Polina has worked with companies across various service industries and under multiple taxation systems, allowing her to develop a broad and practical understanding of both financial and tax accounting, as well as reporting in accordance with international standards.

Known for her strong interpersonal skills and solution-oriented approach, Polina is valued for her professionalism, efficiency, and ability to build trusted relationships while delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality accounting services.

Anna - Chief Accountant 

Anna is an experienced Chief Accountant with a solid track record spanning over 20 years. She is responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and delivering accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Throughout her career, Anna has worked with companies across a wide range of industries and taxation systems. This has equipped her with deep expertise in financial and tax accounting, budgeting, and reporting aligned with both local and international standards.
